Is now our morgage company our home is falling down around our ears its only 10 years old!

We have had alot of rain since april thru end of july. & our roof started leaking in several places. The sky light was remove over 2 & 1/2 years ago, because the plastic glass melted. & never leaked again, until all our rain. Our floors or sinking & buckling up. I have all ready fell. The shingles or barely hanging on. Our insurance saids, it's our fault. But thats is totally wrong. Because none of the problems started until all of our rain. The insurance adjuster have said 4 different things. Each time the come & look at the house they change their minds.

Help! What can we do??
