Michael Bruns M&B Construction
Is a rip-off

Michael bruns, owner of m & b construction. Received a business loan from me of 16,000.00 in 1997 and has refused to repay any of the loan or intrest. I have a promissary note and address for mr. Bruns but he refuses to take my phone calls or to pay anything on the loan.

I have since found out that he has many court cases against him and i am very low on the list. I do not know what to do. Please help me get my money back. He does have equipment and a pickup truck. I do not know if his bond is still in effect or not.
