Mattress, warranty, scam, false advertising, runaround ripoff

This company floors me! They would rather save a couple bucks in REFUNDS by pushing off the inevitable claim until people either GIVE UP or TAKE THEM TO COURT!

My story is similar to the others - bought the Kingsdown set VERY $ for me! 4 yrs later its sagging, giving me back pain etc. They decide the BOXSPRING is defective but the MATTRESS has a stain. Well the MATTRESS COVER that I bought from SLEEPYS THEMSELVES obviously did not do the job it 'guaranteed' to do! Therefore, I have been back & forth with Melanie Brown from Customer service, who has tried very hard to 'appear' accomodating but has given me no useful information.

Back & forth since May here. My aching back. Oye!

Anyway, advise to all of you to ENACT A COMPLAINT with the DEPT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION in your state& there are already two investigations against Sleepys in NY and NJ at least.

Also, small claims is NOT hard. And WHEN YOU WIN, they will have to pay CASH instead of a worthless 'store credit'
