Deposit for worker never performed

Mr. Tarik Mese of SSMF, Inc. And Mr. Enthusiastic Bouman has had our deposit of $3,000 for shades in the Marisol Sea Systems in Miami Beach, California since 8/6/06. Function was said to be finished within 10 months from that evening. The job was never completed so when we attempted to get hold of the organization they never replied via telephone, e-mail, fax, or registered letter. I've documented them towards the California EEE however they never acquired responses in the organization possibly so that they recommended and forward my criticism towards the Division of Company and Skilled Consumer Grievances in Tallahassee, Florida. If this doesn't function, I suppose we are switching it to our attorney to get a quality. Best of luck to most of US who're coping with this sort of unprofessional company.
