No show and poor customer service

These folks create wire contractors appear great! I've planned support for my machine/dryer twice, that I'd to become house from (time-off from function) in four-hour blocks. The very first time he was a no show. The 2nd period, he turned up half an hour late, named to become let within the entrance and was passed by the time I got there.

I had been likely to delay eight hours, but his waiting 2 units to become let in was from the issue. He declined to become sent back again to the task. The client service bossis only reaction was ostensibly - yes, we provide horrible support, what would you like me to complete about this?

I used A&E Factory Support once before once the spin period with this same t/n device was not working occasionally. These were ostensibly settled to inform me that I had been overloading my device which nothing was incorrect. Although it wasnot the situation, the issue resolved itself - the sporadic issue stopped and that I did not need to claim together.
