Delivered Rock and DAMAGED BASKETBALL GOAL! Ripoff

I ordered 9 tons of river rock from Holliday sand and gravel to be delivered to my home on May 16. I came home that day to find the rock in my driveway and my basketball goal bent in a clockwise manner. The goal is a heavy-duty in ground steel unit with a nice clear plexi-glass back board. I called Holliday Sand several times and they kept telling me I had to contact the delivery driver because they were not responsible. No one would give me the driver's name or contact info. DO NOT order from this company because they employ irresponsible driver's who will damage property and blow it off. The basketball goal is beyond repair and I now have to pay another company to rip this one out and install another.

Thanks Holliday Sand, I hope you get sued.
