Safety and property violation ripoff

Maid Brigade contracts to "We will pay strict attention to the security of your belongings". Unfortunately, they LOST the set of house keys I gave them. The only way I found out about this was by a phone call from their rep asking ME at work for another set of keys. The apparent loss was over a month ago (since I have had monthly cleanings) and they never notified me until my scheduled cleaning this month. Vicky, the rep, promised to locate them and call me back. She did neither. When I tried to call the owner, I was told that he is "unreachable". I am billing this FRAUD company to have all my locks changed and filing a police report. Never trust this company with your property or your safety.
