Doors and Windows scam of. Daniel Ayala a rip-off

I ordered a 5-3 garden window from this shop in June '99. Daniel Ayala, the shop owner measured the 3 by 5 ft. Window opening and took my check for 1/2 down on the order = 300.00.

He had promised it by July fifth '99. Each time I phoned to inquire about delivery/installation I either got voice mail, an excuse such as "Lowe's gets its shipments first leaving us back-ordered." HUH? Later there was no return of my calls, excuses such as we are behind, finally told "We closed the shop but if you will just take the window for the 300.00, you can get an installer.

A bait and switch tiny 3 by 3 foot, incomplete window arrived
with a never before seen driver. I refused it and phoned Ayala, the owner. After more excuses and delays, I said I wanted my money back which I never got. The TX states attorney general's office has my complaint but could not get the letter to the company after 3 failed attempts.

I sent more in depth info which could help track him down including the kinds of things pvt investigators use as systems. I am waiting for a response from them... It is Oct. 18th. I told Ayala that I would file with the fraud/swindle division of this states attorney general's office
using every proper document. They offer mediation if he is found. Actually he can be easier for them to find than for me and for free. That is what taxes are for. It would be so easy for him to collect deposits until hell freezes. What a perfect scam.

His ad came from the yellow pages of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro directory: 972-263-1448. On third st. Grand Prairie, TX WINDOWS AND DOORS. His other phone # was 972-642-9978. His crime must be avenged by repaying the money owed to me and the others scammed.

BBB of our area confirms others but cannot give out their names or their past history. That's not good for the consumer!
