Newark Ohio company is a liar and unethical ripoff

In early june, i called about 2 days beofre my payday to have them come out and to haul away a old refirogator that went out on me. I had to buy another one, by law, they have to probly dispose of the freeone, and they told me it would be 40.00 which i agreeded to. I live 30 minutes away from them. I got paid on that thursday the the 12th i believe and took off work without pay and they told me they would be out between 10 am adn noon, that never happened. I tried to call for days with no answer. And just let it go.

Finally got a hold of them, and they said they were sorry they got held up, this was on July 2nd. I then got paid every other thursday, and july 12th, they said again they would be out on that date between 10 A.M. And noon. Well 12;30 came and no one shoed up.

Meanwhile, i live out in the country, and my phone was out of order, so i had to go into the town of frazeysburg which took 10 minutes to get to a pay phone in town, adn call. Meanwhile some young kid answer the phone, and said we dont have you scheduled, all i said was why didint you guys show up. Or are you going to show up todya. He said the owner was out on a call and 1st lie said would be back in a 1/2 hr.

Well it takes at leat 1/2 hr from my house to get to newark, adn i didnt know exactly where they were located, but from the payphone i was at, adn i went and finished my grocery shopping, it took me 45 minutes to get there. I went in and the guy said still not here. I said i need to talk to him, he said he cannot give out his cell number. I said i understand that. You can dial the phone, number and give me the phone. He said i am not goign to do that, i already left one message, i said fine. This is not very good customer srvice adn to tell hisboss i'll take my business else where.

At about 4'30 becuae i knew they would be closing soon, again, i wasted my own gas money to drive 1'2 to them, the same young punk kid i saw someone in the back that looked like the owner and all i said is that the owner, he tried to lie and say no, and i said i want to talk to him.

He left. All i asked is why you cant seem to do your job, and i said here is a bill for 2 days again i took off of work without pay, for lost time, and i had to hire someone else to come out and they charged 75.00 diffrence of the 40.00 and 75.00 is 35.00.

I said please remit payment within 10 days. He goes are you the customer that had a washing machine that expected them i guess to come out and haul it for free. I said no. I dont know what you are talking about. HE cant even keep his customers starigt, next thing i know he goes get out of my store tramp. I said fine without incident.

I then filed a report with the better business bureau, and received a response from them today. Again they are such liars. First of all they said the first time i contacted them was on july 2n, when i have records i contacted them the first time back in early june. Second they said i got violent, and they have the right to refuse to service people. They they said they called me to come pick it up, how can they call me backwhen i told them my phone was out of order at the time. I just got it fixed today.

Please dont do business with these people. They have no morales, ethics, adn i dont understand how they can stay in business calling customers tramps. Well i hope i have helped at least one person. I have yet to hear back, i will update you thanks
