Poor customer service

I requested an outdoor patio door from Loweis at Woorbridge, VA. Paid $835.00 for that doorway and Lowe's installment. I told the worker I needed a great power the surface of the point and that I needed the glass-filled with argon gas. I needed the metal handle. After 2 months (not 14 days the things they stated) the doorway was there and also the 'professorial' was there too. Cut (yes cut) my old doorway away. After which he was set the door in. I inquire about closing and blinking etc about the doorway. He explained the 'previous material works'. He explained do not be worried about. I have completed more that the hundred of these. Therefore, I simply allow him do his point. That evening it rained. Yes, it released big style. Within the home, down the cellar. He'd 'blocked' the rainfall ports with caulk. I unplugged them after around a time cleansing and around another time locating the ports. After searching sooner, the doorway body is distorted and also the slider door won't close total and wont close. The molding inside wasn't total caulking. I acquired the cert. For that door and state it is 'air-filled' only. The handle is white-plastic, not metal. The body top and base is distorted likewise. The doorway doesn't strike the bumpers, just it strikes the body. I've speaking with three of there supervisors. I named NC twice. They explained the dist. Supervisor may contact within 2 days. Right, named me another nearby manger. And, incidentally, the $50 refund returned, stated its not the doorway. The power cert. Won't work with the Fed. Tax-credit. Therefore, next thing I am processing a with Fairfax County Consumer Protection.
