Ripoff Unsatisfactory roofing installation in '93 No response to concerns Phone # no longer valid

The roofing company attempted to force a financing package that was unacceptable. I had to hire a lawyer to resolve the matter. Nothing that was stated to me about the procedure to be followed in installing the roof was followed. I was told that type of roof would eliminate the formation of moss. Not true. Moss is as bad now as before. Shingles are black, but the color has faded to light grey. During a recent wind storm, several shingles were blown away. I tried to call the company to "purchase" replacement shingles. The telephone numbers on the paperwork are no longer valid. The company could not be located.

This 50 Year Warranty is meaningless and a very expensive sham.
