Dishonest attempt to repair unneeded parts ordered ripoff

A repairman came twice and spent a total of seven hours trying to repair our stove. He made us order parts after the first visit which did not work.

He said he would rush order the parts again but they never came and he never called back.

We had another company come and in two minutes he diagnosed the problem as faulty hinges. They were ordered and he came back in a few days.

It took about 15 minutes to put in the new hinges and now the oven works.

I have not yet received a refund for the unneeded parts.
