Late delivery of merchandise

We bought a BBQ grill at Lowe's plus they planned the shipping for yesterday morning. While it'dnot appeared by 2:00 pm, we named and were informed it'd been placed on the 2:00 pm vehicle. While it'dnot appeared by 7:00 pm we named the store-manager and were informed it'd been placed on a later vehicle. While it did not appear by 10:00 pm we retired for that evening. At 11:15 pm a vehicle went as much as our home, getting most of US, to provide the grill. Throughout the day, no body named to supply an update. Who provides issues at 11:15 during the night? We will not be buying at Loweis again.
