Jeff Yurtin, Swimming Pools Etc, JEFF YURTIN Horrible Business Operation!

Don't ever make the mistake of doing business with this JOKE. The whole company is run by 3 people plus an occasional temporary employee to answer phones during peak seasons. I made the mistake of ordering a pool liner from this joke and his joke of a staff. Long story short the wrong liner was shipped and after a long drawn out process of getting a refund was horrific to say the least.in the end they charged me for shipping twice and it wasnt even worth my time to call the arrogant bastard who answers the phone over there.

Jeff the owner is incredibly rude and plays a numbers game. He knows that a percentage of his customers get ripped off but with enough customers many of them will never have a problem so he ignores the large percentage that does.

The guy who answers the phone over there... Aaron engaged in an agrument with me each time I called. I was told to email the "support department" which doesnt exist... They try to make the operation sound like it is some huge international pool equipment distributor. The fact is that the support department is the same guy who answers the phone or some chump sitting in the cube next to him listening to the whole call. I recently ran in to a freiend of mine who is a distributor in the pool industry and he informed me that this company and its owner have the same reputation with everyone in the industry.

I just found out that this guy is trying to get in to building pools locally... My nephew works for a pool construction company in Roseville, Ca (close to sacramento) and told me that this guy is going to be building pools ILLEGALLY without a license... No big surprise.
