Sales Assoc. Said 4-6 weeks, more like 4-6 years. No return calls and lies lies lies Ripoff

My wife and I bought a new house and figured we should get some new furniture. The salesman for the builder of our home said that we should check out Ashley Furniture because his son just started working there, so I thought that I would help him out and give him the commision.

(I also work for the builder as a Super). We payed and ordered the furniture on March 1st of 2007. I is now April 11th and I still have no furniture.

In between that time they have changed our delivery date 5 times. They were going to split our order and give us our table and chairs first and then the sofa and loveseat when they "got the material".

Now they are saying that we are not going to get any of our order till the 23rd of April. My wife and I have contacted Ashley Furniture several times and have got little to no response, just the song and dance and excuses.

I will be sure to print up a bunch of flyers and stand out front of the store to let all the "customers" know what they are getting in to.
