Ripoff overcharged for very poor quality product and ignored my concerns about what happened

Allstate Products custom built and installed a security door on the front door of our home with the invoice dated January. The cost was $1325. Because Allstate was suggested by a contractor I've worked with in the past and whom I trust, I did not shop around or question the quality or the cost.
About six months later, my hundred pound daughter didn't realize the double cylinder deadbolt had been locked and thinking the door was sticking, pushed on it. That small amount of force caused the 1.25 or 1.5 inch drywall quality screws to come loose and the frame of the door came off the house. IT DOESN'T GIVE ONE MUCH OF A FEELING OF SECURITY KNOWING SOMEONE COULD PRY OFF THE DOOR WITH A LARGE SCREWDRIVER!
I called Allstate and they sent out a technician who reinstalled the door but charged me $98 to do it. At that point a knowledgeable friend informed me that the initial cost of the door was about twice what it should have been and that the quality was very poor. When I made Allstate aware of my concerns about these matters, I was completely ignored.
