Wrong cutout size for sink on Granite countertop

I have contracted Stone Fuzion, of Clermont, FL to install approximately $10,000.00 worth of Granite countertop in my new home.included in this installation was seven sinks that were all to be undermounted as per contract. Prior to signing the contract, I had a discussion with Stone Fuzion's, Inc. Owner, Mike Weldon that all sinks were to have no reveal.

I provided the sinks to Stone Fuzion for the purpose of them to template and install.

Five of the seven sinks were installed to my satisfaction but two of them has a one (1) inch positive reveal.

Stone Fuzion has verbally acknowledged the mistake but refuse to replace the wrongly cut countertops citing they would loose money on the job.

Since they required payment up front, I had no other choice but to seek compensation for the mistake through legal action.
