Ripoff

Antonio Thomas was hired to cut down two large trees and haul them off. He and his crew arrived late Friday afternoon and cut the trees down and placed them in a large pile. He said they would be back the next day to haul them off.

He then asked my elderly dad if he would go ahead and pay them since it was Friday and the banks would be closed on Saturday. My dad paid him and that was the last we saw of him.

I have called him many times and most of the time the calls go unanswered. When he has answered he has some excuse or says he is on his way, but he never shows up.

I filed a complaint with the better business bureau to which he did not reply. It is now eight months later and he still has not completed the job he was paid for. After doing some research I found he has a history of this.
