A. Pagano Design hired us to create a very basic website. Apaganodesign.com Once the site was done the owner of this business Ada Pagano took the site and fraudulently charged back all the payments to us, she stated to the bank she did not know who the company was that charged her cards.
We have a signed charge authorization on file and she has still been able to do this and is using the site we created online right now.
