Rip-off of Your Time and Your Money

HouseValues sucked me in with their promises of quality leads. The city I was supposed to get the leads from quickly dried up (they probably sold it to somebody else with the same promises) and I was inundated with bogus "leads" & they were from curious neighbors, kids, sellers already listed, buyers looking at FSBOs, appraisers, property managers, renters, other realtors, and people who just filled out the form to get it off their computer screen.

I spent hours trying to keep up with these things; when I complained, they told me it takes time — sometimes up to a year. That's how they keep you paying the monthly fee — by convincing you it WILL pay off. It won't. After 10 months of paying the fee and doing tons of CMA's (sometimes 7 or 8 a day) it has produced nothing. I am exhausted and completed disgusted. Please don't let them suck you in, too.
