Company lied after talking to them on December can't get a hold of them. Ripoff

On 9-16 I went to the Bakersfield Home and Garden Show, I purchase a Outdoor BBQ. I paid in full and also gave them a plaque to add in the BBQ. I was told 6-14 weeks to be complete. I notified them on December to see what was going on with the BBQ and the Secretary said that they were so behind in work it will be after the Holidays that they would start getting a hold of people to start delivering the BBQ.

I call after the Holidays and the machine said they will return on January 8, I been calling for the last 3 weeks but now the answering machine is full. I have also called Matt Vandagriff and he does not answer my calls as well. I would like to know what I can do to get my money back. Please Help!
