Truly rude and ignorant individuals!

This man was to send me 3 "processed cords" of wood and the price was $465.00. When the driver arrived, he was having trouble getting it out of the dump truck, (was frozen or something), and I had to leave to drive my son to work. When I returned, I was shocked to see so little wood in my driveway. There might be 1.5 cord of wood. The man running this company will not talk to me and has blocked my calls. I managed to contact him by using another phone, and before I could state my issues, he hung up on me... A truly rude and ignorant individual.
