Beware: Futurity Homes aka "Bobby Walker" and "Tricia Shure" have evidently set up a dealership in Farmington, NM. This company has formal complaits filed against them with the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Division (ATTORNEY GENERAL). New Mexico is well known for its corruption within many of its government agencies (do a quick search)

Until this case goes to a jury, I am informing the Public to be aware this company was caught red handed after closing involved with forged and altered contracts used in closing that buyer never saw, misrepresented closing documents to buyer, federal agencies, ect.

The fraud was found after closing and written request for cancellation and return of deposit denied, MHD was notified. Four law firms and the city of Alamogordo attorney agreed it was fraudulant.

The job still has not been completed. Futurity was caught red handed stealing the electrical unit, trying to use substandard unit. The job is still unfinished with mold and land eroding away.

Over a year and the State of NEW MEXICO has done nothing. A VIP with the attorney general has told me "in confidence not to repeat" that damages are over 200k with the new laws and to get an attorney.

This company is fraudulant - I have documents to prove it.

They are on the run
