Trouble stamped no show, ripoff

We contracted with RFR to put stamped concrete round our new pool. We Specified that we needed the work done by late june.in fact we specified this in our contract. We were assured that the it could be done by this date. After supplying a 50% deposit to RFR they would not respond to our calls asking exactly when they would come.

After getting no response we placed another call, requesting our deposit. We then got a call back telling us they would be there on Monday (this was on a friday). They did show up and framed the area for pouring. We were excited that our cocrete would finally be poured and we could use our pool.

Several weeks passed and our June deadline came and went. We again called and left a message asking for our money back. RFR responded by offering a fraction of our deposit back, claiming they already put a significant amount of work in. We told them we simply wanted the work done!

The Monday after July 4th they showed up and poured the deck for our pool. This would be a happy ending if their wouldn't of been terrencial rain. This resulting in a ruined deck and a large amount of the release being washed into the pool.

They claimed they could fix it and would be back. It took 2 weeks to get our pool water clear and we waited for RFR to come back. They never did and never returned our calls.

These guys are the worst!!!
