Iacobucci Homes Dishonesty and failure to complete community center facilities as listed in public offering mays Landing

Iacobucci homes in the Victoria Crossing community listed in it's public offering to have the recreation center (for which the homes each pay monthly dues) after 90 units are completed. That was over a year ago and the only part they have opened is the community pool, and that was opened a two months late!

The recreation building itself is an empty building which was supposed to have a 'pool room.' Iacobucci homes now states it says 'pool room, ' not a pool table. Not that it matters because the building hasn't passed inspections in the last 3 months and is not yet opened. We in the community believe they purposly dn't want it to pass because they said the rest of the center would be completed after the building was done. And since the building isn't done, they haven't started the rest of hte facilities.

The rest of the facitities are a vollyball court and a half basketball court. When i inquired about the 'state of the art' vollyball court, i was essentially told it was going to be two posts in the ground with a net, not a 'real' vollyball court! Hard to believe there are over 120 houses each paying a good amount of money every month for something we can't use! At this point, even if they start now to build anything, the community wouldn't be able to use them because they would be done in time for winter, and winter vollyball on grass really isn't that fun!!!
