Ripoff dishonest false advertising over charing

Order dishwasher part because was told would come with step-by-step instructions to install, but did not. Advertised as for do-it-yourselfers, but when called to ask why no instructions was told they mainly sale to pros, not do-it-yourselfers as advertised.
When the part arrived it was a small gasket that couldn't have cost more than $1.00, but was charged $24.18.
