Ripoff multiple Stores Headquarted In Wisconsin Mechandise delivered not of same quality as sameples displayed in store

We purchased two leather love seats, a leather recliner, several tables, and etc. From the Mesa sotre location described.

Upon delivery we had numerous problems - in summary, the leather, wood, and cushioning are not the same quality as displayed in the floor samples.

The wood is a cheap jungle wood that comes apart. The cushioning is inconsistent and very cheap. The leather is inconsistent even among the same chair or product line. We orderded two identical top-of-the-line love seats (among the most expensive they offered) and the quality is horrible.

The cushioning is horrible and the range of our weights is 140 - 200. They told me we might be "too heavy" for their products. Months have gone by and they have not resolved the problem.

They threatened to call the police if I distributed a flyer exlaining what happened. I told them to go ahead - all the police can do is to keep me off their property... That's all.

I have spoken with others who have frustrations with the same store chain.

I see them as crooks.

My advice is to avoid Ahsley Furniture.
