Destroyed air conditioner pipe, lied about it and did not respond to customer's complaint

Workmen were sloppy, left garbage and debris all over owner's property. They punctured the air conditioning tube on the exterior of the building and tried to deceive the owner. When confronted with the damage, evidence and report from the HVAC repair company, they ignored the owner's complaint and took no responsibility for the $850 repair bill.
