They did not send my order and are not responding to my emails for answers and charged my credit card ripoff

I ordered my products and expected to get them within 2 weeks. I emailed them to see when i could expect my order and received an email saying that it had not gone out because they were awating a shipment (even though they had already charged my card the day after my order was placed). I was assured that it would go out the next Monday (2 days away).

Well 2 weeks later and many unreturned emails later I still have no order. So in my opinion they are theives.

This has been going on since September 23 when my order was placed.
