Ripoff & false promises

I ordered a tree in April. I never heard from the company as to when to expect the tree. They did cash my check, but there was no way to contact them by the cancellation on the back. I finally tried to contact them on the internet, and all these "unfilled" orders came up saying they were ripped off. They took my money and ran, also.
