Anderson Homebuilders has still yet to fulfill the agreement in the contract pertaining to my cracked Cement. They still have yet to Remove the depree from my house, i.E. My roof floats off nails everyday in which my brand new hummer had the luxury of getting a flat due to their constant negligence.
Horrible builder, Deck was reported by Home inspector as being a problem. Anderson did a half a* job trying to fix it.
Tub Underneath was not secure. Anderson Homebuilders did a half a* job in repairing it. Crack underneath now.
Water Damage had to have Insurance company fix b/c of Anderson homebuilders refusal to fix it correctly.
Beware of Builder anything that costs him additional money he will half a* fix it. If you ever move into one of his properties do not ever sign until he has fixed everything in the agreement. Mr. Anderson takes his sweet time repairing your home.
