E-bay store ripoff by a sneaky "CEO" - FRAUDULENT CRIME!

I am writing regarding a fraudulent nonresponding seller Joel Bitto. We ordered furniture from him back in April. He requested a downpayment of 1998$ up front which we had naively made. We paid him another 1998$ just before this furniture had finally arrived on 09/14/06.

All delivered furniture was broken and of extremely poor craftmanship which was exactly opposite to what it was originally described at joelpierre.com. I had to refuse it on the spot with his shipper company and send it back to the seller for a refund, as suggested in his trading policies.

Almost 6 months have passed before this furniture has finally made it here and now we are to find out that this is nothing but junk and we have just been ripped off for 4000$. I would not even spend 200$ for a whole furniture thing ever, not even mentioning 4000$.

As clearly stated in his trading policies, he ows us 4000$. However, no refund has been made yet as promised, the seller is not responding to my multiple requests anymore. Seems like he is gone missing or just has quit his business just in time to get away with 4000$ he ripped us off for.

This is a continuing nightmare!
Stealing 4000$ is a CRIME and this must be dealt with accordingly!
Please help us get our money back!
