Absolute Flooring did horrible job and know is trying to get me fired!

They came in re do my kitchen countertops for me. After the first time the job looked horrible and i was unhappy. They came back a second time, and the job was again done horribly, but this time they had scratched my brand new appliances and my walls.

The owner of this company became very angry with me for being angry with her. She spoke very rudely calling me names and cussing at me. She has continued to call me ang fight and argue for sometimes hours. She is also denying that they did the damage to my appliances.
I have now refused them entry into my home to do the job for the third time because this lady has allready threatend me and i do not trust anyone from this company.

Now she is calling my employer stating false facts about there being drugs in my house and that i may be involved with identity theft, just some crazy things she keeps telling my employer trying to get me fired!

I have sent her a certified letter stating to her to quit calling me and to quit calling and emialing my employer or i will take legal action. She has continued to do this and wont stop.

I am not trying to get out of paying her i will pay her when the job is complete and looks professional and to my likings, i really dont trust she will be able to do this for me.
