I have never dealt with such a problem with a company...

I ordered a spa over 3 months ago with ellen and randy. Randy had taken the order for a special order tub.including the color pearl white with extra jets, lighting and a waterproof stero for $4600. Several weeks go by - i call and speak to nick only to find out teh special color will take not the 3 weeks that randy told me.

A few more weeks go by and i receive a cal lfrom jimmy who informes me he was still waiting for the acrylic.

The acrylic comes in and now the tub is finished and i'm told it was water tested. It's ready for delivery. I call again to find out where the tub is and i'm told by jimmy that he is not going to put a stero in like was ordered and was not going to put in the inner rim lighting like ordered, but would put in an additional light in the bottom of the tub. He woudl take $500 off the price of teh tub for my inconvienence.

Ok, i'm still waiting for the tub, calling every few days and speaking to nick he is leaving msgs for jimmy who is not calling me back.

Now 2 days ago i receive a call from kurt, who informs me the company is bankrupt and they are teh new company who is buy spa assenblers out. They are going to deliver the tub to me by this saturday adn want to maintain their reputation by honoring the contracts., he can see my tub has ben built and is will get back to be for delivery. Again i have hope on getting my hot tub which was ordered for medical reasons.

I call him to inform him i am post poning a business trip to ny to make sure teh tub gets here and there is no problems.

I get a call today from jimmy who is yelling at me telling me they are not delivering the tub - they have too many other problems to deal with. This is not my problem and whatever isues are going on with the company i have a signed contract from randy for this tub.

The tub was supposed to be a finance deal. I was informed by kurt htey were not going to be set up for finance - no problem i'll pay for the tub.

What is the problem??? This tub is sitting there waiting to be delivered. The excuse i now get from jimmy is that there is no one in this area to service the tub??? I have a hard time believing that when you supposedly deliver tubs all over the country from what kurt said.

What do i need to do to get my hot tub delivered??? The original price on the tub was $4600 - $500 credit from jimmy - $125 finance cost since i am paying cash. Balance $4100 $300 delivery charges.

Please tell me what to do???
