Has promised me money they owe and NOT delivered ripoff

Sealmaxx owes me money for about a year now.
I've heard:
*You'll have it by August 25th
Then:
*You'll have it by September 1st FOR SURE
And now:
*We're HOPING it'll be in the next couple of weeks.

Obviously, this company cannot be counted on to keep their word.
Only to promise... NOT to deliver.

Avoid them with a TWENTY foot pole.
