No customer service and not truthful in dealing with customer ripoff

I recently was in Tuscaloosa, AL buying furniture for my children in college. We visited this store and the salesperson immediately tried to get us to buy the most expensive items in the store. When she realized we were going to the clearance area, she left us and didn't help us again until I went to the cashier's window and asked for help and the stated only she could help me - after 15 minutes, they located her and she was less than helpful as was the front desk help.

I did purchase a chair but I won't go there again and I will make sure other parents are aware of the rip-off and disrespect they will receive when visiting this store.incidentally, the same chair my daughter wanted was in the clearance room with just slight damage which we could repair at a significantly lower price but this was never mentioned to us.

What a shame that a business has to rip-off college students to stay in business instead of helping them to find good furniture at a reasonable price.
