Ripoff, fraud, kept my money!

We bought tile from tis individual store but, we had to returned it later on we agreed in paying $ 700.00 for restocking fee (we paid 3000 for the tile) they had to returned the money no later than 6 weeks. This was back in october of well it's been a year and no sight of my money, i had to take him to court and of course i won the case but, he still doesn't pay, i know he went on a 1 month vacation to Puerto Rico i don't know what else to do to get my money!!! Somebody help!!!
