Realtors Unethical Practices Affair with Husband While Engaged as Agent New York

Over a year ago, my husband and I engaged a real estate agent to assist us in acquiring investment properties for our retirement. 9 properties were purchased from this agent. Last year when I confronted the real estate agent about having an affair with my husband while she was engaged as our agent, she denied it until I found that my husband and she had booked a cruise together (which they took), which they both lied about. Since then, my husband and I have legally separated and terms of the situation are that we sign over titles to the appropriate properties. I got one property and he got the rest.

Recently, per our separation terms, I signed over a property that we purchased 2 years ago for $82,000 from the agent who is now listing it for $200,000. The result of all this has left me personally, professionally and financially devastated. Is it possible to pursue a civil case for damages against this real estate agent? It seems that I should be entitled a portion of her commissions as she was benefiting in more ways than one while she sold us these properties... She clearly violated her Professional code of ethics, was the catalyst in the destruction of my marriage, I have suffered personal and financial damages as a result of her immoral and deceptive practices.
