Bruce Mulhearn is up to his deceptive practices once again, defrauding individuals out of their equity for his personal benefits.

Bruce is facing his fourth suspension with the board of Real Estate, hopefully this one will stick, especially for employing an ex-convict and unlicensed director to train his employees.

My personal experience is similar to Mitch's (Previous complaint) in that he fraudulently stole my equity using deceptive agents and unfair business practices.

He doesnt care what he's done and doesnt value his licence as Real Estate Broker. Every time he get's in a pinch he using his legal counsel to fix his unscrupulous practices.

It's time he faces his demons and stop using the good reputation of Prudential California Realty to hide behind. I will do everything in my power to make sure he is brought to justice. He chooses not to follow the laws and regulations set by law to protect consumers.

If you are in foreclosure, selling your home, buying a home & etc. With The Mulhearn Group out of Cerritos or other offices, be very carefull. Always get EVERYTHING in writing, this is how he takes advantage and dont give him any upfront fees, you'll never see it again.

The board of real estate will finally put an end to his reckless behaviors, but until then, BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!
