Unprofessional work ethics, sloppy, incomplete job and foul language with no concern for consumer. Also inferior product

A contract was signed with Sears on April 12 for refacing of kitchen cabinets and new countertop and sink with fixtures in the amount of $12,995.00- I was told the process would take between 3 and 4 weeks.

It is now July 13. The first crew sent out arrived at about 11:30, then left for lunch at 12:30, came back at 2:30 and left ate 3:30 and left a mess each day and did an absolutelousy job on the cabinet surfaces, including chips and chunks that was on the surface that they said would be covered up with the molding.

When I complained they sent someone else out and all he did was replace molding - not original work. Bottom of cabinet were peiced with little stick looking strips and cabinet pulls put on that are not even level with each other,

Sink had wrong finish but because it was undermount on corian I was told it would cost me extra to replace. The contractor from Sears putting in the sink was ask if he could move his truck so my aunt could get out.in response yelled I'll move my GDMF truck (use your imagination) I do not talk like that.

Also I was told he was going to show me more molding and replace inferior molding to which he did not. When I paid he left refusing or ignoring me when I ask for a receipt.

Very unprofessional, inferior product, cheap materials, under trained people with no morals or manners doing job.

I am a senior citizen raising my two grandchildren alone and people like this are ruthless and show no respect for the customer. I feel taken advantage of and scamed by a company that I thought until now was a good, reputable company.

I want everyone to know because I do not want anyone else to go through this. I was in tears the last day. I have contractors working on an addition not affiliated with Sears and they even said something and told me they would clean up the mess they made because with each call I made to get this sorted out, it was just more of a run around and promises that they never followed through on.
