Storm Vac, Singer Storm Vac ripoff, money back guarantee not recieved with merchandise returned

Hi bought this via website after seeing on TV. Got deluxe vacuumn cleaner version with extended warantee, extra filters and "free gift". Returned item, within allotted time to get refund. Also did not recieve filters, which were on back order and have not recieved. (approx Oct/ Nov) Have contacted customer service via email multiple times, each time stating that they would refund money in the next 10 days. Have not recieved anything yet.initially had called, and representatives had stated that it was in process, but recently have most times been cut off while waiting for sometimes 5-9 min. I would just like my money back as promised. I even sent back their "free gift" which was pretty awful too. It is now july and I have not seen a penny yet.
