Refused to move home on land then wanted me to pay someone else to more it

If anyone finds someone about doing a law suit let me know. My ex-husband went to look for a new home in rock hill south carolina. I found the one I wanted but they said no so they showed us a repo that was beautiful. I said okay, they asked what was our downpayment? I told the 16500.00 well they said okay and began the process. Within one week they had papers drawen up and with OUT looking at our property and how to get there. What we thought was it signed the papers.

Well after all that they came out to look at the land and the guy that was suppose to move and set up the house said he refused to move the home after the deal was signed! My husband (at the time) said why he said he just wouldn't move it. I called the sales guy and the manager and they told us to find and hire someone else to do it. Well of course I was the first to say no. Long story short. We waited for return calls never received them so I stopped making payments.By this time three has been made. Vanderbilt calls and ask how to excatly get to the house to repro it. I told the lady I never got the house and she repeated what I said and hurried off the phone.By this time my son was very ill and this was far from my mind.

Well, today I call the manager at LUV homes to talk about what happen and he tells me to talk to a lawyer; but he did not think I was ever going to see any of the money that I paid out for something I never received or anything else for that matter. He also stated that i had a case he thought for the simple fact that LUV homes was in brech of there contract about moving the house. So if anyone finds anything out let everyone of us here know!
