Ripoff items in sale ad are never available at the store Menardsyorkville

Advertised sale items in the paper always look so good and reasonable but not in yorkville il.in trying to purchase a utility cart advertised once again I should have known better then to go yorkville. Was told we do not have it, they are gone, never came in, you can get a rain check they will be tomorrow. Go to get a raincheck was told oh they will not be here till the fall. BUT you can go to the Sycamore stor, batavia store etc etc. Every menards store has them we do not. But people guess what? Those stores are further then the Yorkville store from where I live. Why is the service so poor at this location? Well we are done with buying anything through menards. Regardless of location.
