Ripoff and hangup phone calls

I have reported a trouble with bath tub drain on Friday (6/9) and until now (6/14) - no one has showed up to even look at the trouble. I have made 32 followup calls - each time they listen to my story and say - someone will contact me with in a few hours. I have an 8 day old baby boy in house. We have only one bathroom - and no one took bath for 4 days. We are using our neighbor's bathrooms. They don't even bother to respond or make a followup call.

We purchased Home Warranty with this company in December 10 - it is valid until December 10.
