I was surprised to see the company I purchased a home from to have so many common complaints among customers to be allowed to still be doing business as usuall! What has the business community come to that Oakwood is able to wrong so many buyers without something being done to right their business practices? I was treated very well untill I sighned the contract then everyones attitudes changed so drastically I could hardly believe it. Not only did I experience almost every complaint I read about here but they also assured me that I had to falsify info.in the application and contract which they would claim was a mistake they made if I wanted to get a home! I want my money back with intrest and a new home from anyone but oakwood ripoffs.
