Lazar Vacuum ripoff infomercial lies about product never refunds money

I ordered a Windstorm vacuum cleaner from infomercial. Promised to get one free if you purchased one plus a free handvac and easy monthly installments. I ended up with 4 vacuum cleaners and 2 hand held vacuums. And $193.00 was deducted from my bank account at one time. Then another $93.00 was taken out 3 weeks later.

Tried out one vacuum and it wasn't worth it's weight in salt at cleaning carpet. Was very disappointed at performance so I decided I would send them all back. Talked to customer service and was told that since no return label was sent with order that I would be refunded the return shipping with my other refund.

Used my own money to send these all back, costing me around sixty five dollars. This was way back in November and so far I have not gotten one penny back. Repeated phone calls just to be told that the refund was being processed. Now all I get is a recording telling me that someone will return my call at a certain time later in the day. I have finally given up on ever getting my money back. Which amounts to around $350.00.
