Kreiss Furniture, Kreiss No Quality Control, Poor customer service, No follow through

Ordered high end furniture from Kreiss. They delivered 3 sofas and still could not get it right. Third Sofa had the wrong size cushions. Tables were scrached and dirty. Even though the President of the company primises to call he will not. No one will even talk to you when you have a problem. They charge a lot for their products but present very poor quality and customer service.
