My husband and I are also victims of Discount Blind and Shade Factory. We have just recently learned that there were others who have complaints and have been trying to get in touch with other victims. We paid our custom shutter order in full as we were told to do so as the only way they would process our order and were given the run around from on our order for more than 9 months.

Please let us know if a class action or other litagation is planned we would be happy to be involved. We have a small claim court date with them in April in Chandler Justice Court and would love to know what has occurred with others that have tried this avenue. We tried to contact them by certified mail t the office address as we were told we needed to do and it took the post office over 1 and 1/2 months to send our certified mail back. We then had them served by a constable at the home address.
