Ripoff deceptive trade practices promise you the gold mine and give you the shaft

My wife and I were separating and she contacted Buy Owner to save some money on the agent's commission because with a traditional real estate agent they wanted a huge commission and we did not have very much equity. The Buy Owner Rep was telling her exactly what she wanted to hear of course. The truth was misrepresented many times and sometimes even outright fabricated come to find out later.

I was out of the picture at the time so I didn't know about it till my wife and I were reconciling some two months later. During that time the listing did not generate one single inquiry, not one. For $2000.00 we got nothing. We might have just as well set fire to the money. Buy Owner does not promise anything because they do not deliver anything except to happily accept your payment.

If you get involved with these people you get what we got "Exactly what you deserve" and a very expensive lesson. I just hope you are reading this before doing business with them.

Like any other con group they play on your greed and depend on your ignorance and desperation in order to survive. My wife and I will spend the next two years recovering from this; don't do as we did.

An informed consumer would not spend a dime with these people as it will be like flushing it own the toilet with the only part missing being the swishing sound as your money fades out of site.
