4750 S Santa Fe Circle, ripoff has not honored promises of repaint on liquid siding waranty for over three years

Jack Campbell's company applied liquid siding to our home about 4 years ago. It was very expensive, but guaranteed not to fade, chip, etc (in writing!)

In less than a year, it faded a lot and began chipping and peeling. Jack came out and agreed to repaint it a different color. He claimed they no longer carry that color because of problems with it.

We have called him many, many times and each time he promises to get the work done, but never does. We finally called the company that manufactures the paint. They must have called him, because he left a nasty message on our answering machine telling us to deal only with him... Never call the manufacturer (although at one time he had said the manufarturer was the one guaranteeing the product). The paint was waranteed for 25 years and cost about $17,000.

Because of our difficulties with his company, Jack Campbell has told mutual acquantances that WE are dishonest, etc., in effect slandering our name because we have not given up on getting what we have been promised.
